This is no joke. Gentlemen, how would you like to have a ruling in your country or state that says you must sit down to urinate in public or any dwelling you don't own? It could've happened!  A guy in Germany was taken court earlier this week by his former landlord over a urinating dispute.

The tenant always stood up when he used the facilities, like man does and little splashes of his urine would land on the marble tile floor below. Wait! The plot thickens!  When he moved out, his ex-landlord kept almost $2,200 of his $3,400 security deposit to fix the "urine-related damage on the floor."

The tenant sued his ex-landlord to get the rest of his security deposit back, using the statement, "...the landlord never warned me that my urine splashes could cause problems".

The judge agreed with him. The judge said the landlord's argument makes sense, but, "urinating while standing up is still widespread" and men shouldn't have to, "worry about corrosion to the floor."

He ordered the landlord to pay back the rest of the deposit. Turns out the landlord was a little pissed off.

See what I did there?
