The Binghamton Mets give up a run in the 9th to let Bowie tie it but win it with a home run in the 10th. Tonight is Two-fer-Tuesday and Jim Johnson Bobblehead on Hometown Heroes Night. They’ll recognize some of the heroes that come from the Binghamton area. One hero is Baltimore Orioles pitcher (and UE grad), Jim Johnson. The Binghamton Mets will give away Jim Johnson bobbleheads to the first 1,000 fans.
Wednesday is a “We Win Wednesday.” When they win on Wednesday, you’ll get a free ticket to a future B-Mets regular season game. Also the first 1,000 fans at the game will get a B-Met cap and then Wednesday night wraps up with a firework night.
The Binghamton Mets have wrapped up a playoff spot and are just 2 wins (or Trenton losses) away from the Eastern Division crown.
