Jana Kramer celebrated Halloween in a unique way this year, by dressing up to perform a jazz dance in front of millions of television viewers on Dancing With the Stars on Monday night (Oct. 31).

The "Circles" singer and her partner, Gleb Savchenko, dressed in brightly-colored costumes and danced an elaborate, energetic routine set to Alan Menken's "Little Shop of Horrors," from the musical, performing on a set made to look like a flower shop in the clip above.

They earned a score of 27 out of a possible 30, but were not safe from elimination. So the partners also engaged in a dance-off against Terra Jole and Sasha Farber, performing a salsa dance that was set to Robin Thicke's "Magic." They earned extra points from that dance, putting them safely out of reach for elimination for yet another week in the competition. Take a look at that performance below.

Kramer's stint on the show has been strong so far, but her personal life has been rocky in recent months, beginning when she separated from her husband of 15 months, Michael Caussin, in August amid allegations that he was repeatedly unfaithful to her throughout the marriage.

The singer stunned fans when she recently revealed that her first husband, Michael Gambino, went to prison for her attempted murder after abusing her emotionally and physically during their marriage, but she says she has gained a new strength and confidence since welcoming her daughter, Jolie Rae, in January. By balancing her singing career, her time on DWTS and single motherhood, she hopes to be an example not only for her daughter, but for other single moms.

“I’m trying to manage it the best that I can and show single moms out there that we can do it,” she says. “We can do it all, hear us roar.”
