This week, the NASCAR boys and girl are coming to Watkins Glen. However, that's not all the racing action that's going on at Watkins Glen. It's the 4th annual "Challenge the Champions."

This is your chance to challenge your favorite driver on the track. Can you beat the best of the best? This is your chance to find out.

The "Challenge the Champions" go-kart charity event benefits the Spalding Foundation For Injured Drivers. This nonprofit organization, has been helping injured race car drivers and their families since 1989.

It's happening this Thursday at Seneca Grand Prix Speedway, Route 414 Watkins Glen (1 mile from gate 2 Watkins Glen International Speedway.) It happens from 6-10.

Admission is free. Challenge the drivers in the karts for a 8 dollar donation.  They'll also have a auction featuring racing memorabilia and much more.  It's your chance to test your skill against the best and help out a wonderful cause.

They have around 40 of your favorite drivers from many of the tracks that you know and love. Some of tracks include:  5 Mile Pt, Thunder Mt. Speedway, Shangri-La 2 Speedway, Penn Can Speedway, Chemung Speedrome, Oswego Speedway, Woodhull Raceway, Yates County Speedway and Canandaigua Speedway.

Also the #4 Sprint Cup Team Crew will be participating with racing memorabilia being donated by the driver, Kevin Harvick for the auction.

It's a chance to test your skills against the best and it'll help out a great cause. LET'S GO RACING BOYS.....and girls too.
