One would think that a prison inmate would have a bone to pick with the man who sent him there, but one prisoner has actually offered to donate bone marrow to the guy who helped get him locked up as a thank you for the wake-up call.

Charles Alston, is serving 25 years for armed robbery and heard that Judge Carl Fox, who was the prosecutor on his case, was suffering from a cancer that required a bone marrow transplant, and immediately said he wanted to help. Alston said that he is not angry with Fox, as he believes he helped save his life by putting him in jail, where he turned his life around.

Officials say that prisoners are normally banned from things like this due to medical risks associated with being locked up, but Fox says that he was touched and completely blown away by the offer.
