Ice Cream Safari at the Binghamton Zoo
What could be better than a day at the zoo? How about a day at the zoo on an Ice Cream Safari!
You and your little people are invited to travel around the Greater Binghamton zoo on a sweet expedition for Turkey Hill ice cream and your favorite Binghamton Zoo animals, this Saturday July 12th. The Ice Cream Safari kicks off at 5:30pm and will end at 8pm (the last ticket will be sold at 7:30pm).
As soon as you arrive at the zoo, you'll receive a bowl and spoon and off you'll be on a journey around the zoo. Oh, but that's not all1 The first 300 kids will get a receive a safari hat to wear during the Ice Cream Safari! There will be five ice cream stations positioned around the zoo and they'll feature Colombian Coffee, Dutch Chocolate, French Vanilla (sundae station), Mint Chocolate Chip, and Party Cake!
In addition to exploring for ice cream and animals, you'll have a chance to relax for a bit and listen to local recording artist Brenna Swanger as she performs her summer song “Chasing Sunsets” at the Ice Cream Safari. Other activities include face painting, animal spotlights, crafts and lots more!
Tickets are available to purchase here. Admission is $5 for members and $7 for non-members. You can also buy tickets at the Binghamton Zoo’s ticket booth the day of the Ice Cream Safari.
