52-year-old homeless man, Frederick Callison moved to take a job about two years ago, but it fell through. Dreams crushed and out of money to home he found himself homeless.

He's been line cook for most of his life, but without residence he can not get work. He's been sitting outside a grocery store in Sacramento and instead of asking for change, he's handing out his resumes.

Someone took some pictures of him doing it and posted it online along with a picture of his resume and asked people to share it.

This homeless man was sitting outside of Smart and Final NOT asking for money. His sign said "Need work, and hungry" not...

And shortly after that, a pizza place in downtown Sacramento finally hired him. He's working as a cook, and someone's also giving him a place to stay until he can save up for his own apartment. Success story fueled by kindness and social media! Warms my heart right up!
