Tomorrow is Halloween and it looks like it's going to be warm and very wet. We could see a half-inch of rain tomorrow and another half-inch tomorrow night. Some towns like Waverly, Athens, and Sayre are having trick or treating tonight instead.

It'll be dark and damp and that means less visibility so be mindful of what's going on around you. I want you to be healthy, happy and safe so if you use my "helpful" hints, you can keep it that way!

Remember, goblins and ghosts only go after kids who don't share their candy with the parents... Especially if they don't share the chocolate bars. To be extra cautious, they should probably share their special dark bars.

If you're running away from the monster expect to trip or fall...at least twice. Remember that although you are running and the monster is barely moving, it's still catching you. You don't have to be fast, just faster than the other people running with you.

In the case of zombies and vampires, wear a T-shirt that says: 'I'm with delicious.'

I know this one from personal experience...unfortunately: If you're going to walk into a bank, it's better to wear makeup instead of wearing a mask. I don't really remember much that day.

Follow my rules for Halloween and you can make it a better holiday for all your monsters....I mean, kids.
