Health Expo & Golf Show With Nancy Lopez

You've heard the saying by now, "The more things change the more they stay the same." Things are changing this year at the Dick's Sporting Goods Open but some things are staying the same.

The DSG Open is earlier this year because golf is in the Summer Olympics. It's usually in August, this year it begins today July 6th and goes through Sunday, the 10th.

That's the changes. Here's the "more they stay the same part."

It's the kickoff to the tournament, the 4th annual Health Expo and Golf Show with Nancy Lopez. It's an afternoon of health topics of interest to women and it begins at 3pm.

Physicians, surgeons and other clinical experts will be on hand with info about sports medicine, women's health programs and more.

Ms. Lopez will also have a live presentation on how to improve your golf swing. The event is free but registration is required. You can still register here.

Some say that I swing like a girl. I say that if I can swing like Nancy Lopez then I'll take that as a compliment.
