If you're fascinated by science, you're going to love this. Astronomers say they’ve found eight new planets that might be able to support human life.

Using NASA’s incredibly powerful Kepler telescope, astronomers scanned the sky in hopes of finding planets with Earth-like conditions,  such as a moderate temperature and liquid water and the most promising of the planets they found is Kepler 438b, which orbits a star in the Lyra constellation.

Cool, right?  Well, no so much.

The planet happens to be 470 light-years away- a little out of reach. Oh, and it's also 40% hotter than earth.
