It's hard to tell if pets enjoy Halloween or not.  I know my cats couldn't care either way and I'm sure it's the same for some dogs in our area.  I do know pet costumes are big business.  If you don't believe me, take a trip to a Binghamton area pet store.

If you're one of those pet owners (you know who you are), get your pet's spookiest, prettiest, scariest, funkiest costume ready.  There's a Halloween Pet Parade Saturday October 18th from 10-Noon at the Johnson City Elks Lodge, located at 4212 Watson Boulevard in JC.  The $5.00 fee to march in the Parade will help purchase a bulletproof vest to protect the area's newest K9.

Even if you don't have a pet, come out to watch, eat and enjoy the games planned for the morning of fun in Johnson City.
