Good News Monday: Horses and Tractors and Camels, Oh My!

I didn't ride a camel, but I thought about it! It’s Monday and you know what that means…we want to hear about something good that’s recently happened in your life!

My good news is that I went to the Broome County Fair with my friends and enjoyed some good old fashioned fun and even picked up my very first John Deere hat! I didn't ride the camel at the fair, but I watched the kids ride him and then I took them through the petting zoo where we saw the kangaroo and all the other awesome animals. This was my first time at the Broome County Fair and I can't wait to go back again next year!

Oh, and I also made my homemade spiedie sauce that I'll be using in the celebrity cook-off competition this Sunday.  I tested the first batch Saturday and it was AMAZING!  I served some to my friends and they said it was as good as the real stuff.  To say I'm happy with the results would be an understatement!
