It’s Good News Monday and if you’re looking for love, there’s some great news about falling head over heels.

I just saw a study out of Syracuse University that says falling in love isn't something that happens over months of dinners, late-night talks, or walking hand-in-hand through the autumn foliage.  Nope,  it's basically the opposite.

When you fall in love, it takes exactly one-fifth of a second.

That’s right- when you're with the right person, the chemicals in 12 different areas of your brain hit the right balance and there it is- that's the moment you're in love.  It's just that easy.

So the next time you feel your heart fluttering and have that overwhelming feeling of love, don’t run from it or you could be running from the love of your life.
