Goat Yoga to Benefit the Binghamton Zoo
So did you forget about last night's Wild at Art Paint Night at Uncorked Creation with the Binghamton Zoo? It was a fundraiser for the zookeepers' enrichment fund. Maybe you wanted to go but couldn't attend. Well you're in luck, they have another event on Sunday, November 26th.
It's their first ever goat yoga session with Rosemarie Murphy from Binghamton Yoga at the Knights of Columbus, 136 Park Avenue in Binghamton. It goes from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm, it's $25 per person and you must be at least 16 years of age.
You can work off that Thanksgiving dinner and play with goats from the Binghamton Zoo! How cool is that, you'll do 30 minutes of yoga and 30 minutes of time to mingle with their lovable goats.
Here's the best part, Goat yoga benefits the Binghamton Zoo's "Green Team," a group focused on the zoo's green initiatives. Registration is required and a waiver must be filled out when you get to the event.
So get goating and sign up now before all the spaces are gone.
