There are only three home games left for the Binghamton Senators before they leave next year for Belleville. Goaltender Matt O'Connor wants to leave a lasting impression after he goes and this is a great way to do it.

O'Connor, the Binghamton Senators and the Catholic Charities of Broome County have announced a healthy food drive through the final three home games.

You are asked to bring in healthy food to the games tonight, tomorrow or next Saturday (4/15) to help support the Catholic Charities’ Binghamton Pantry Weekend Bag Program.

The Binghamton pantry gives a weekend snack bag to local children walking home from school who may have issues getting meals outside of school. The Main Street pantry served over 16,000 children in 2016 and over 2,000 weekend snack bags were distributed in the 2016 school year.

Bring any of the food items listed below to Fan Central behind section 14 during the remaining home games. You'lll get a special ticket and allowed outside the locker room near the zamboni entrance at the end of the remaining games to have a personal meet-and-greet with O’Connor.

Here's the desired foods:

Granola Bars
Yogurt
Veggie Chips
100% Juice Boxes
Cereal
Fruit Snacks
Soups
Raisins
Applesauce Cups
Fruit Cups
String Cheese
Fruits
Vegetables

It starts tonight, so bring some healthy food to the game, meet Matt O'Connor and help out a great cause.
