Goal Song Contest With the Binghamton Senators

September is here. Wow! Has this summer gone by fast? 2016 for that matter. The upside, we are one month closer to the beginning of hockey season.

The Binghamton Senators are celebrating their 15th season and they are looking for a new way to celebrate when the B-Sens score a goal. Here's an added bonus, you could be the one who could come up with the song.

This contest is for the upcoming 2016-17 season. You get to submit any song you want. I'm thinking of entering "Elvira", if for nothing else then I get to hear sing along with the greatest country song ever. It'll also give you a better chance of them picking your song because my song has no shot.

Out of everyone that submits the winning song, one fan will be randomly selected to win two tickets and drop the ceremonial faceoff before a mutually agreed upon game.

The contest goes until Saturday, October 1st at 5pm. Go here to enter your song.

The B-Sens have a preseason game against Rochester at Floyd L. Maines Veterans Memorial Arena on Saturday, October 8th. The B-Sens home opener is Saturday, October 15th against the Hershey Bears. Face-off is at 7:05.
