Glenn’s Golf Advice to President Trump
President Donald Trump is coming to Wilkes-Barre tonight for a rally at the Mohegan Sun Arena. The doors open at 4 p.m with the event beginning at 7 p.m Traffic will be effected beginning this afternoon and will continue into the evening. Go here to keep up with any updates and how this could effect you.
He's not only our President but he owns many golf courses in the U.S. and throughout the world. I would love the opportunity to play a round of golf with him and as any golfer will tell you, when you are golfing with your buddies, you offer up advice to "help" them with their game.
I figure if the press tries to give President Trump advice then I can too. So here's my "helpful" advice for the Prez:
Remember if it starts to lightning, hold a 1 iron above your head. Because not even God can hit a 1 iron.
Mr President remember "nice lag" really means "lousy putt.".....but you didn't hear that from me.
To save strokes always use a bad golf ball. It's a nonscientific but proven fact that brand new and expensive golf balls are water magnets.
To really save strokes use the Glenn Pitcher theory. Hit a Callaway into the woods but hit out a Nike (or Titleist or Srixon.)
One final piece of golf advice: If you ever want to feel better about your game, invite me to play in your foursome at one of your golf courses. That way, no matter how you play, there will be one person playing worse than you.
I hope this helps your golf game, Mr President.
