Ghost Adventures staff are saddened by the horrific news of the murder and suicide of the show EVP  (electronic voice phenomenon) Specialists Mark and Debby Constantino. The local police say a third  murder of a male roommate of Debby was at the scene as well. They were featured in a few episodes on Travel Channel’s Ghost Adventures show, and best known for the paranormal investigation of the haunted Goldfield Hotel in Nevada.

Nevada KTVN reported that the couple was separated and living with roommates at the time of the murders and suicide on Tuesday, September 22, 2015. Reno police responded to a call at 6:30 in the morning on Tuesday about a man found dead at a home in Reno. The home belonging Debby Constantino, where another woman had been living along side Debby. Officers tracked her cell phone to the couple’s oldest daughter’s apartment across town in Sparks, Nevada. Police approached the apartment and heard gunshots  fired from in the apartment.

Police said the heard a man screaming “Give me 15 minutes to gather my thoughts, or I’ll kill her,”

The police attemped to diffuse the hostage situation. The attempt unsuccessful.  S.W.A.T teams busted the doors of the home to find the couple dead.

Mark and Debby had filed for divorce and had a court date set for December.The pair had a long history of domestic violence including an incident in August where Mark Constantino was charged with kidnapping and domestic battery after pulling Debby from a car, taking her inside a house and attempting to strangle her.

The Constantinos were involved in several television programs about ghost hunting, including Ghost Adventures.
