Get Ready For a Spudelicious Time in Richford

It's the unofficial beginning of Fall, so what does that mean to a lot of us.  Time for  the Potato Festival in Richford NY.  The 20th Richford Potato Fest complete with Mashed Potato eating contest and potato salad contest.  What's a Potato Fest without Potato Sack Race and oh yeah, the Potato Princess/Tater Tot Pageant.  Play games like Potato Pitch, Pot the Potato and more.

It's happening this Saturday from 9-4 downtown Richford, corner of Routes 38 and 79.  It's also worth mentioning that the Tioga Health Department and Red Cross will be on hand for free cholesterol and blood pressure checks along with other health information.  Bring the whole family for a wonderful time on saturday.  It'll be spudtacular.
