Garth Brooks Returns with New Album and Tour
Garth Brooks will have a new concert tour, a new record label partnership with SONY Music Nashville's RCA Nashville and a new album of new material, his first since 2001's awesome "Scarecrow."
At Garth's new conference this afternoon, he made millions of fans happy, including his many HAWK fans that have been with him from the very beginning, very happy. Garth Brooks will begin a world tour that will take him all over the world and the United States. No word on where some of those shows will be but he is still working on ticket prices, hoping to keep prices at one price for all seats.
Good news for those looking for Garth digitally as he has held his music from being available on itunes and other outlets. He's hoping to release his music digitally within the next two or three weeks. Look for his music to be available exclusively on GarthBrooks.com at what he said is a "stupid" low price.
The long awaited new album will be produced by Mark Miller. "My job at the point is to create," he said.
Garth also addressed the situation in Ireland, following this week's cancellation of his five-night comeback run in Dublin. According to MusicRow.com, "he and the Irish government are reportedly trying to reach an agreement so the events can take place."
