Garth Brooks will be releasing new music later this month- sort of.

Earlier this month, we started hearing rumblings that Garth might be coming out of retirement and in addition to a cryptic message sent to people in his fan club about the “sevens” being aligned, we heard that Garth would be part of a special airing live on CBS on November 29th at 9pm.

Today we’ve learned that Garth will be releasing a four-disc box set exclusively through Walmart on November 19th (that’s a week from today!).

The box set is called "Blame It All On My Roots: Five Decades of Influences", and it features covers of songs that influenced his career from artists like James Taylor, Marvin Gaye and Gladys Knight.  . There's also a duet with his wife Trisha Yearwood on the Conway Twitty - Loretta Lynn classic "After the Fire Is Gone".
