Forget Wedding Planners- Proposal Planners Are the New “Thing”

Over-the-top marriage proposals are the definitely the “in” thing these days and if you’re feeling proposal envy when you see all those proposal videos on YouTube, there’s a little secret you should know: the people doing them might not be pulling them off on their own.

More and more wedding planners are breaking into the proposal planning business to help with creativity, ideas and execution.

In an interview with Cosmo, wedding planner Sarah Pease spilled that her event planning firm pulls off about six outrageous proposals a month, with a price tag of anywhere from $500 to $2,000!

Suddenly, a do-it-yourself proposal seems a lot more appealing, doesn't it? $500 to $2,000 to propose…and that doesn’t include the cost of the ring. Ouch!
