Look! Up in the sky! It's a bird! It's a plane! Nope! It's a Mustang, and you won't believe how it got to the top of one of New York City's most iconic buildings. Your move, Camaro.

The New York International Auto Show kicks off today, and to celebrate the launch of the new 50th Anniversary 2015 Mustang, Ford sliced and diced a bright yellow example, stuck it in the Empire State Building's regular passenger elevator (through doors that are only 36 inches wide!), took it to the top, and then rebuilt the whole thing on the 86th floor observation deck, overlooking midtown Manhattan. That's not something you'll see every day through your windshield!

The most exclusive parking spot in New York mirrors a stunt that Ford pulled off to launch the original 1964 Mustang, but now the car is bigger in every way.

How'd the guys at Ford manage it? Watch this video and find out!
