Food Distribution Today in Binghamton at Noon

We like to help feed those less fortunate during the Christmas season. We find lots of ways to help before and on Christmas. Sometimes we forget after Christmas comes and goes.

We want to help you today (12/29). 

The Foodbank of the Southern Tier will be distributing food to anyone who needs it today on the East Side of the City of Binghamton. It'll be like the mailman.

Neither rain (freezing rain), nor sleet, nor gloom of the day (I know it's night, but that wouldn't make sense) will keep them from their appointed round. In this case from helping them distribute food in the Southern Tier.

It's happening in the parking lot of American Legion Post 1645 on 177 Robinson Street from noon to 1 pm, not prior. Residents wanting food should bring their own bags, boxes or carts for transport.

They want this to be a happy time. Remember their team is helping "you" and they are all "volunteers." The American Legion has offered their property for this awesome event so please keep it clean.
