Even though the rain and heavy winds have left Florida and Texas, there is still much to do to get those states back to normal. People are looking for ways to help and this is an event that will not only help the devastated areas but one that you'll have a great time at.

If it's Texas that needs help, then you know Touch of Texas on Upper Street in Binghamton want to do their part. So this Friday, September 29th, Touch of Texas is having a benefit concert for flood relief.

Eight bands will be performing including Greg Allen and Western Justice, Dying Broke, Two Dollar Pistol, The Gravelding Brothers, Lithium Highway, Highway Fruit Market, Hats Off and Fifth Gear.

Doors will open at 6pm with the bands starting at 7pm. Admission is $10 and every dollar of the admission price will go toward flood relief efforts. Touch of Texas will also be donating a portion of their food and drink proceeds to the Red Cross to help those affected by the hurricanes in Texas and Florida.
