According to "Inc." magazine, the most successful people are morning people, and believe me they do A BUNCH of stuff before they even go to work.  Here are five things they do BEFORE 8:00 A.M. ...

1.  Exercise.
People who exercise consistently, usually do it in the morning.  It gives you an energy boost, and you start your day with a sense of accomplishment. If the thought of a 5:00 A.M. run makes you want to vomit, set your alarm 15 minutes early and just do a quick set of push-ups, or even some stretching.

2.  Eat breakfast.
Try not to rush out the door with a cup of coffee and an empty stomach, kinda like I do. I've gotten myself to tolerate a protein shake (at least) in place of breakfast.  Eating a healthy breakfast gives you fuel for the day ahead, and brightens your mood. Just think, you can use this time to hang out with your family or significant others . . . That's even better!

3.  Plan out your day.  Take a few minutes to figure out what you want to get done that day, then figure out which ones out of all of them are most important. Do those first. AND... Hey! Take a short break here and there so you don't fry your brain.

4.  Visualize yourself being awesome.  Because you know what... that's meditation baby!!  Amazing(and successful) people see themselves doing amazing things.  It takes practice, and the morning is a great time to practice.  Even one minute of visualizing the awesomeness within you improve your mood.

5.  Do the hard stuff first.  If you have one task that feels like worst thing on the planet it'll loom over you all day. Being creepy and silent. ALL DAY.  Don't put if off, just get it over with!  Schedule your day so that it starts with the difficult and ends with the easy.
