Cassey Ho, a fitness and Pilates instructor, runs an online workout program called Blogilates. Recently, Ho created a video to try and encourage everyone to love the skin their in and not to fall for Photoshop scams. The video is inspiration and so moving.

The video, which you can see below, is called "The Perfect Body" and Cassey Ho created it to raise awareness about the amount of body-shaming and cyber bullying that happens on social media.

It started when Cassey uploaded an extremely over-the-top Photoshopped picture of herself to her Instagram account. When looking at the picture, it's clear that the body portrayed is not attainable. She has a waist smaller than my Barbie dolls growing up and her thighs are the size of a six year old's. What scared Cassey was that after uploading this picture, she had comments such as, "still too fat" and "body goals" flowing in.

About the picture, she said, "What worries me is this: 1. That some people think this is real and that it should be "goals." 2. That some people still think it's not good enough."

After the picture got so many responses that shocked and scared her, Casey created a moving and powerful video, called "The Perfect Body" and it tells the important message that we need to ALL love the skin we're in and not let celebrities in magazines make us feel like we are anything less than beautiful!
