FGL Binghamton fans are looking forward to July 8th when Brain and Tyler of Florida Georgia Line will be taking to the stage for the 10th Anniversary of the DICK’S Sporting Goods Open.

Brian and Tyler are this week's co-hosts on Country Countdown USA, Sunday night 7-10pm on 98.1 The Hawk.  Expect the boys to be on a high, after all they just returned from the ACMs in Vegas where they won their third straight Vocal Duo award.  There was also a party celebrating some big musical milestones including their second album going Platinum and their signature song 'Cruise going Diamond with 10 million downloads.

The 'Dig Your Roots' Tour gets underway in about a month, featuring Cole Swindell, Kane Brown, and Cadillac Three.  The guys are very excited about hitting the road again after a six month break: "We're going to have an epic tour.  We worked really hard planning this tour so visually our fans will see something different. We're trying to incorporate more Florida and more Georgia so when you arrive you're set in the scene, and it continues to evolve so at the end of the night you end up in a cool place."

Dig Your Roots is named after their soon-to-be-released new album which they will talk a lot about Sunday night on the Hawk.  The rumor is Tim McGraw will make an appearance on the new album.

The other big news had to do with Jason Aldean's new single, "Lights Come On."  It turns out the song was written by Brian & Tyler!

FGL also has great stories this week about Thomas Rhett, Canaan Smith, Cole Swindell, Randy Houser, and Brett Eldredge.
