As the Southern Tier is preparing for Autumn, the Pocono Mountains are beginning to see some fall colors.  The region welcomes the highly anticipated fall season with new additions, annual harvest events and activities, special fall offers and the return of the fall foliage forecast.

"Generally, the leaves tend to change colors about the same time, but with three color zones within the Pocono Mountains, the foliage peaks at different times throughout the area," said Carl Wilgus, President/CEO of the Pocono Mountains Visitors Bureau.

New facilities have been introduced with the new season.  The beautiful Bushkill Falls area has opened a new $800,000 dining facility.  also check out the newly renovated Bushkill Inn and Conference Center for a quick romantic getaway.
