Facebook Prenup

Nastco

If you thought prenups were confusing before, you haven’t seen anything yet!

In the last few months, the big trend in prenups has been to include a social media clause, which basically states that if your spouse posts something embarrassing about you online, you can take them to the cleaners.

Here’s how one attorney says it works: “A typical social media clause will state that couples can’t post nude photos, embarrassing photos or photos or posts that are likely to harm a spouse’s professional reputation.”

And if you think violating the clause isn’t a big deal, think again. Some spouses would have to pay $50 thousand dollars for each post.

Yikes!
