All caregivers are invited to attend an educational presentation on Thursday, June 15 from 2:00 – 3:30 PM at Lourdes on Shippers Road in Vestal (2nd floor). “If Only I Could Get a Good Night’s Sleep” will be presented by Tracy Jewett, Registered Polysomnographic Technologist with Lourdes Sleep Lab.
Tracy will provide tips on how to get a better night’s sleep. He will also discuss various types of sleep disorders and how to manage symptoms.
