Kolby Oakley's EP, "Where Would I Be" will be released on Friday, May 12th and on Saturday, May 13th, Kolby will be in Binghamton to celebrate with a very special EP Release Party at Touch of Texas! Doors open at 6pm and the concert begins at 10pm. Touch of Texas is located at 1240 Upper Front Street in Binghamton. This event is for those 16 and older, however, anyone between the ages of 16 and 21 who plan to attend must be accompanied by an adult.
