‘Elf on the Shelf’ Bakes Donuts

I believe Tara has been really good this holiday season and perhaps that has something to do with her own personal elf.

In fact, Tara has been so well behaved that Suzie decided to make her some 'Elf on the Shelf' donuts. I didn't even know that she could bake!

Apparently Suzie is new to this whole baking thing and I have no doubt that Suzie quickly discovered that frosting sticks to everything. Hey, maybe that's why she wears gloves, to cover up the mess!

Anyway, I digress, the frosting stuck to her gloves, other donuts, even the toothpick she used as a spreader! I'm told that she almost gave up, but decided to stick it out, for Tara.

Suzie's hard work paid off because Tara loved them! According to her, they were simply 'delicious'. Yes, they may look like Cheerio's to you and me, but take Suzie's word for it (if she could talk that is), they're donuts.

Tara hopes that Suzie will try her hand at her favorite dinner next - homemade Velveeta Mac N Cheese. Oh boy.
