2017 marks the 55th year that the July Fest Celebration in downtown Binghamton has been offering summer fun for people all up and down the east coast.  In 2010, the Binghamton Music & Jazz Festival joined forces with the July Fest and the result was the biggest July Fest event in history and led to the event being expanded to three days.
