Don Williams is my hero. My Dad was a huge fan and I remember he and my Mom sitting there, as my Dad played the guitar, singing Don's rich lyrics in harmony. When I got into radio, he was the first act I ever introduced.

Well, I am not the only one who holds Don up as a hero. Keith Urban often says Don was a big influence on his music. If you're wondering why, it's partly because Don Williams' laid back style is hypnotizing. The 2010 inductee into the Country Music Hall of Fame can pick a song too.

In 1978, Don Wiliams was recognized as male Vocalist of the Year at the CMA's and "Tulsa Time" picked up Single of the Year Honors. Williams quietly built up a huge string of hits and fans all over the world.

When Keith Urban started his "All For The Hall" concert to benefit the Hall of Fame and Museum 3 years ago, he called on Don Williams to perform. And Don has been there every year. So, when Don requested the Keith do harmony for a song on his new album ""And So It Goes", released this summer, Keith jumped at the chance! After all, Don is his hero.

Here is the end result of their collaboration. Enjoy!
