Dolly Parton’s Song Jolene Slowed Down Sounds Great [VIDEO]

In 1973 Dolly Parton had a hit song with ‘Jolene’. She went on to explain when she was live in concert here in Binghamton a few years ago that she wrote the song because her husband cheated on her with this girl. The girls name was changed for the song “to protect the guilty” but it was a true story about her ordeal.

Now if you remember what vinyl lp’s are, and you had a player you have mistakenly played a record at the wrong speed. You know, the last record you played yesterday was a 33 and you popped on a 45. Set the needle and it was so slow and low.

Well… that precisley what happend with this track and much to our surprise it sounds really good! Have a listen below!
