Do You Have RadioShack Gifts Cards?

Have you ever gotten a gift card and then the store goes out of business? Did you think that you were out of luck? If you have RadioShack gift cards then you can get your money back.

New York residents can file claims and try to recover the unused balance on your cards under a bankruptcy settlement.

If this applies to you, then go to OldRadioShackGiftCards.com and get a claim form. You have until December 2nd, 2016 but I would do it sooner rather then later. New York along with 23 other states and the District of Columbia in this settlement.

Attorney General Eric Schneiderman says nobody associated with the settlement should contact you for personal or financial information or to request any payment. If someone does contact you, then you should refuse the request.

Under the bankruptcy court's order, the trust will treat as a priority claim and pay 100% of the balance to customers holding gift cards that were purchased from RadioShack, the RadioShack website or any of it's authorized sellers.
