Looking to eat out on Thursday?  Want to help out Wendy's Walk for Kids?  Want to meet your favorite Binghamton Met?  If you said yes, then I have the answer.

Little Venice and the Binghamton Mets are doing a benefit for the the Wendy's Walk for Kids on Thursday from 5:00-8:00. Here's how you can help:

You can bid to eat with a player (name your player, dinner time and party size) online here.  Here's how it works: $25 minimum bid, Bidding is open now (BMets roster and current bids are listed on the site), Bidding closes at 11:45pm on Tuesday.

Winning bids will be notified via email, Facebook or phone by Little Venice. Total cost to you is whatever your winning bid is + dinner for your party (Little Venice will pick up the tab for the player's meal.) Total money to Wendy's Walk for Kids = your winning bid amount + proceeds from your dinner

You show up to eat on Thursday between 5:00-8:00pm, your meal will be served to you by a BMets player.  Keep this in mind: they will NOT be accepting reservations that night, so if you would like to be guaranteed a table, please bid on a player.

While you're eating, you can bid on several silent auction items provided by the Binghamton Mets, Little Venice and Wendy's. Get ready for a fun-filled event and your chance to help out Wendy's Walk for Kids.

Wendy's Walk for Kids is on the final day of the Dick's Sporting Goods Open, August 18th.  To find out more about the Walk and other ways you can help go here.
