There's not a single thing natural or healthy about candy corn. Need some proof? Ingredients include sugar, corn syrup, confectioner's glaze, and dextrose. Oh, and also yellow #6 and red #3.

Those who love candy corn really could care less what it's made of because it's pretty much a once a year "treat." But check this out- someone has figured out a way to make candy corn even less healthy...by deep frying it!

The people at OhBiteIt unrolled Pillsbury Crescents dough. Then they dropped three or four candy corns in the center, sealed the dough up into balls, and then popped them in the deep-fryer.

But wait, there's more! They then took the extra step of sprinkling the finished balls of fried dough with powdered sugar.

If this isn't a heart attack waiting to happen, I don't know what is. I'm not a huge sugar eater, but part of me is intrigued and wonders what this might taste like...attack waiting to happen.
