As we get closer to Father's Day, here's a good reminder that no matter what your relationship is like with your dad, it’s gotta be better than this.

You might remember back in 2008 hearing about a Jersey man named Heath Campbell who went to the store to have a birthday cake made for his kid and the store refused to put the kid’s name on it.  His name? Adolf Hitler.

Authorities took notice and eventually little Adolf and his two sisters-Joyce Lynn Aryan Nation and Honszlynn Hinler Jeannie were taken away from Heath and his wife, and put in foster care after the state found evidence of abuse and child neglect.

The Campbells however are claiming the kids were taken away because of their names. Officials dispute that, but won’t elaborate.

But wait- there’s more.

Heath, for some reason, thought it’d be an awesome idea to show up at his family court hearing yesterday for visitation rights to see his toddler, Heinrich, dressed in a FULLY NAZI UNIFORM. He even had a mustache shaved like Hitler's.

Asked if his outfit might put off a judge, Campbell told the NY Post, “He can look within me, not on the outside. How about I judge him? I mean, he wears a dress.

If he was hoping the judge would look beyond his Nazi beliefs, this probably wasn’t the outfit to wear to court. You’d think if a person really, truly wanted visitation rights with their kids, they’d at least try to appeal to the court by not dressing like, oh, I don’t know- a Nazi! Like it or not Mr. Campbell- people do judge based on outward appearance and the wounds are still very fresh with most all of the world.

There's no word yet on whether he'll get visitation rights or not, but clearly, this guy is going to need a really good legal team.
