Couple Arrested for Having Sidewalk Sex in Endicott

Why am I not surprised that alcohol was involved in this?

33 year-old Melissa Bailey of Owego and 33 year-old Zachary Vanderburg of Johnson City couldn't keep their hands off each other long enough to get it on inside a private place, so they decided to perform oral sex right on the sidewalk in front of the Vision Federal Credit Union on McKinley Ave in Endicott WHILE CARS WERE DRIVING BY!

The two told the deputy who responded that they'd shared a bottle of vodka and were trying to walk to the North Street Motor Lodge but obviously they didn't make it.

Each was charged with public lewdness with the intent to be seen.

I'd like to say "what were you thinking?" but I think the alcohol did the thinking for them.
