Just because Spiedie Fest has ended doesn't mean summer ended with it! From today through the 9th in Honesdale, PA, the 152nd Wayne County Fair will keep the summer fun coming for everyone in and around the Southern Tier. In addition to fair staples like fried foods and ice-cold sweets, there will be so many attractions and entertainment options that you won’t be able to contain all the fun to just one day.

Tractor and truck pulls, horse pulls and harness racing, along with a variety of carnival rides included in the price of a day ticket make the fair an incredible value for family fun. And for those seeking a thrill on an August afternoon, there will be a Monster Truck show on Thursday, August 7th that you won’t want to miss.

But what I'm most excited about are the musical guests are set to perform at the fair today, Monday, August 4th.

Imagine two country stars taking the stage together on one night - and that’s exactly what you’ll get at the Wayne County Fair. Both the “Song About a Girl” singer, Eric Paslay and the “Keep Them Kisses Comin’” singer, Craig Campbell will take the stage, and the opportunity to watch these rising stars is a summer bucket-list must!

Track seat tickets to the Craig Campbell/Eric Paslay concert this evening are $25 or you can get grandstand seats for $20. Tickets are on sale now at the fair's main office, but please note that concert tickets don't include admission to the fairgrounds.

Tickets to the fair are $8 per person, including parking, most grandstand shows, and small stage events and rides. You won’t want to miss the shows, the food and the fun! So go online now to get tickets before you miss this amazing chance to finish out the summer with your favorite country stars.

Go out with bang, because hey! There’s still technically a month to enjoy the beautiful weather and time off, and you should never put that to waste, especially if it means getting your country-groove on in the most country-friendly time of the year.
