Q: DO I NEED TO BRING MY TICKET WITH ME?
A: YES – All tickets will be scanned before entering the stadium.
Q: I AM NOT SURE IF MY TICKET PURCHASE WENT THROUGH, WHO CAN I CALL?
A: You can contact the NYSEG Stadium Box Office at 607-723-6387 or email jjicha@bmets.com for any ticketing issues.
Q: HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY TICKET?
A: Ticket buyers are prompted with three options:
·         Print tickets at home
·         Pick up at the Stadium Box Office at any time
·         Pick up at Will Call day-of
Q: WHAT ARE THE AGE REQUIREMENTS FOR PURCHASING TICKETS?
A: The NYSEG Stadium policy is kids 2 and under are free and don’t require a ticket. Anyone over the age of 2 are required to purchase a ticket.
Q: WHAT TIME DO THE DOORS OPEN?
A: Doors open at 3:30pm.
Q: IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT TO ATTEND?
A: No.
Q: WILL PARKING BE AVAILABLE?
A: Yes, carpooling is strongly encouraged, but parking will be available at NYSEG Stadium for $10 cash. Parking will also be available around the city.
Q: IS RE-ENTRY ALLOWED?
A: We’re sorry, but no.
Q: CAN I TAKE PICTURES?
A: Pictures are allowed, but professional cameras are prohibited.
Q: CAN I BRING IN FOOD/DRINKS?
A: No outside food or beverage may be brought in. All bags and purses will be searched upon entry.
Q: WHAT ABOUT TENTS AND CHAIRS?
A: No tents or chairs may be brought into the stadium.
Q: WILL THERE BE ARTIST MERCHANDISE?
A: There will be merchandise available from the artists…as well as some Country Lights t-shirts and commemorative mugs!
Q: ANYTHING ELSE I NEED TO KNOW?
A: Bring sunscreen and prepare for a great time!
