Winter is near, and construction issues continue to plague drivers during Rush hour traffic. The area in the pictures is 17 East near Kamikaze Curve where bridge rehab is taking place. Looking at the picture on the left you can see I was go about 5 mph.

I worry that this construction will not be done by the time snow falls. If the traffic in these construction areas is this dysfunctional now when it's dry and not slippery, what is going to happen when the residents of the Southern Tier need extra time to stop and negotiate lane changes?

Do me a favor friends... be careful please!
