I don't even know what to say about this. I guess part of me wishes I'd thought of it first because this is a way to make money from suckers who obviously have more than what they know to do with, but the other part of me thinks this is such a ridiculous rip-off.

I've never lived in a part of the country where the leaves don't change color and really can't imagine not getting to experience the full spectrum of seasons. I guess if you've lived in a four seasons part of the country and then move to a place like Florida where there really isn't much of a change in seasons, you'd long for fall foliage and possibly snow, right?

Well, now there's a company that will allow anyone, anywhere to experience the beautiful fall foliage of New England without having to travel.

The company is called Ship Foliage and they'll mail you leaves straight from New England. That’s right, for just $19.99, Ship Foliage will mail you a three-leaf bundle of preserved fall leaves.

$20 for three leaves? Sheesh!

This is a genius (albeit ridiculous) business idea, really. They get their product for free and the consumer covers the packaging and shipping, which I can't imagine costs more than a whopping $5. So let's just say there's some special process to preserve the leaves, other than the time old method of placing them in wax paper and smushing them inside a book. Even then, I'm guessing that this company is making a profit of at least $10 per order, if not more. To send leaves.

Why didn't I think of this?!?
