I've seen Cole Swindell twice this year and can't wait to see him a third time at Spiedie Fest 2014 this Sunday!

Cole Swindell will headline the Hawk's Spiedie Fest concert along with Kristian Bush of Sugarland this Sunday August 3rd. Before you go, here are some things to know about Cole Swindell:

1. Cole is a well rounded athlete. In high school, Cole was quite the sports player, taking on football, basketball, baseball, golf and he even ran track and field.

2. Luke Bryan, Florida Georgia Line, Thomas Rhett, Craig Campbell, Chris Young and others have recorded songs written by Cole. "This Is How We Roll," by Florida Georgia Line, "Get Me Some of That," by Thomas Rhett, "Beer in the Headlights," by Luke Bryan, and Craig Campbell's "Outta My Head" are just couple of the many songs Cole has written.

3. Colden Rainey Swindell is Cole's real name. Seriously. Say it fast. Colden Rainey.

4. Cole did it on his own. Believe it or not, without the help of a major record label, Cole's debut single, “Chillin’ It,” sold over 120,000 copies!

5. Cole was a frat boy. While attending Georgia Southern University, Cole was a member of Sigma Chi. Luke Bryan was also a Sigma Chi member when he attended Georgia Southern.
