Coffee Flavored Bacon [RECIPE]

If your mouth started to drool when I told you about my new find called the Mactini (mac and cheese, bacon and vodka) then I think you're really going to like this.

I mentioned during the morning show that the only thing that would make the Mactini even better would be for coffee to somehow be infused into it.  Now keep in mind that the Mactini isn't sitting in a pool of vodka.  That'd be disgusting. The Mactini is mac and cheese with bacon crumbled in it placed in a martini glass and drizzled with vodka.

We got a call from a woman who had a genius idea of how to infuse coffee into the Mactini recipe and I'm going to try it this weekend.  If it ends up tasting as good as it sounds, then this is how I'm going to make all of my bacon from now on.  Here's the suggestion:
