Charles Kelley Is a Dad

I guess it's a good thing that Charles Kelley decided to miss the Grammy's and the Lionel Richie tribute on Saturday. He was right, the baby boy was coming sooner rather then later.

Charles and his wife Cassie have welcomed their 1st child into the world. Ward Charles Kelley was born Thursday morning (2/11) at 9:20 am. He weighed in at 7 lbs, 9 oz and measured 20 inches long.

He apparently has his momma's nose and daddy's eyes and vocal cords. You can see a picture of Ward and proud poppa here.

With the birth of his son, Charles may decide to go to the Grammy's after all. We do know one thing....he will be in Chicago in April. You can meet and eat with him before the show.

We'll fly you to Chicago and put you up in a hotel for 2 nights. We'll throw in 2 VIP tickets and you'll have dinner with Charles at the House of Blues before the show. Oh yeah, let's not forget $500 cash.
