Celebrities Honor Cancer Patient Zach Sobiech [VIDEO]

You might remember a few months ago the story I told you about Zach Sobiech, a high school senior with terminal cancer who recorded a song by the title of "Clouds" that he called his goodbye song for his family and friends.

Well, Zach's video of Clouds has had over 2 million views on YouTube and chances are good you've seen it. We know for sure that many celebrities have checked it out and that Zach's story has touched their hearts because several of them teamed up to make a cameo in a video featuring Zach's song to help raise awareness and research funds in Zach's honor.
