In Major League Baseball, they have what's called a "World Series," but it's not really a world series because they don't play against teams outside of the United States.  However, for Maine-Endwell, they can truly say they are World Series Champions after defeating South Korea, 2-1 in the Little League World Series.

The game was like a movie that Legendary CEO, Thomas Tull would produce. It had it's up and down's, leaving us on the edge of our seats with the underdogs winning at the end.

And now we celebrate with a parade. According to Town of Union Supervisor, Rose Sotak, the parade will take place when they get back into town.

The parade will start around 11:15am and will go from Hooper Road to Farm to Market Road and end at Struble Road. It'll be a parade of fire trucks, EMS vehicles, player's parents and then the player's on the bus.

After the parade, the boys will take a picture at the Struble Baseball Field.

Broome County Executive Debbie Preston has announced temporary road closures for the parade. Hooper Road will be closed in both directions from Country Club Road to Farm to Market Road. Farm to Market Road will be closed in both directions between Hooper Road to Struble Road. Struble Road will be closed in both directions between Farm to Market Road and the Maine-Endwell Little League complex. The roads will re-open immediately after the parade is done.

If you'd like to show support for Maine-Endwell, you're encouraged to line the streets during the procession.
